Coccyx fistula: remove hair as a precaution
Coccyx fistulas are often caused by ingrown hairs, or hairs that fall off the body and are massaged in by the movements of the buttocks. A preventive measure to prevent the condition from developing in the first place is permanent hair removal in the buttock area using low-level laser therapy laser epilation.
