How to get to us
Proctology practice in the Luitpold Block
Not only patients from the Munich area, but also from the rest of Germany and neighbouring European countries seek the diagnostic expertise and special therapeutic procedures of our proctology practice in Munich. Here we would like to give you a brief overview of the most convenient way to get here.
You will find the practice on the 4th floor above Café Luitpold within a few minutes' walk of Odeonsplatz in the centre of Munich.
By car
Around the Luitpoldblock in Munich there is always lively traffic and the parking situation is a bit tense. With a little patience, one usually finds a parking place around the Maximiliansplatz or in the parking garage at the Salvatorplatz that is located at the backside of the Luitpoldblock. It should be noted that the practice is located in the parking license area and the municipal traffic monitoring system quickly becomes active when parking without a parking permit.
By local public transport
With the MVV network you can reach us from all directions: The two underground lines U4/U5 (line to the main station) and U3/U6 cross at Odeonsplatz. The escalator at the U4/U5 "Brienner Straße" / IHK exit will take you directly to our entrance.
From Marienplatz or Karlsplatz (Stachus) the express trains (S-Bahn) go in all directions and also to the airport.
By train and long-distance bus
From Munich main station you can reach us by underground U4/5, the exit Brienner Str. leads directly in front of our entrance. Train connections can be found on the Deutsche Bahn website.
Many of our patients have recently been using the often inexpensive long-distance buses to get there, from the central bus station you can take the S-Bahn lines 1 - 8 to Karlsplatz (Stachus). From there it is only one stop with the U4/5 to our practice or 5 minutes on foot along Maximiliansplatz.
By plane
Check the airport website for arrival schedules and advice on entry requirements.
The current regulations on the Corona pandemic are published by the Bavarian State Ministry of Health.
From Munich Airport you can take the S-Bahn S1 and S8 to the city centre, with an exit/change again at Karlsplatz (Stachus).
An alternative is the Airport Bus Munich, which runs from/to the main station.
